It terms of Cardio and Strength in my opinion it depends what your current situation is. For example I can from a football background before strength training so it's easier to maintain that level of fitness while slowly introducing strength training. Whereas if you've been strength training and want to start running. 1. You should start low volume run <1k and slowly build it up. Also depends how heavy / excess weight if you're 120kg and 20% bodyfat you have to realistic in what you can do.

Another good episode. Missed vitamin K2 mk7 in supps for ped users, def worth looking at too IMO
